10 Ways to Lose Stomach Fat Fast

The most difficult fat of all to get rid of is that which settles on your belly according to Men’s Fitness (Men's Fitness, 2016) . First of all it is important to remember that stomach crunches do not remove fat. They simply make your stomach stronger and could actually build muscle which makes it look even bigger. Here is a guide to the 10 Ways to Lose Stomach Fat Fast without harming your body in the process.

1.0 Increase your Protein Intake

Proteins are your friend when you want to lose belly fat. Up to 30% of proteins are burned during the digestion process which means that there is much less left to pile on the pounds (Mehdi, 2014). By the same token you need to reduce you intake of carbohydrates of which only 8% are completely burned during digestion.

2.0 Know Your Food

You cannot control what is happening to your body if you keep dumping unknown stuff into it. This means that you have to seek out the provenance and pedigree of all the food items that you consume. If you are shopping in a supermarket, read the labels.

3.0 Keep Away from High Fructose Corn Syrup

This has been one of the disaster foods of the world since its introduction in 1971. The stuff is found everywhere from soft drinks to fast food. It was billed as a great sugar substitute but then became one of the leading causes of obesity and diabetes in the USA alone.

4.0 Keep Moving

There is no better way to fight belly fat than to get off your backside and start being active. We lead sedentary lives and that is one of the main reasons why we have fallen into the obesity trap. It is possible to increase your calorie loss by up to 30% by merely becoming a bit more active.

5.0 Keep the Body Guessing

Some people imagine that exercise is all about doing the same thing intensely. Unfortunately the body has its own in-built system for compensating for exercise. It simply re-directs the facts elsewhere. That is why you need to continuously mix up your routines.

6.0 Do Some Chores

Reduce those labor-saving devices or their use. Our parents and grandparents survived without the washing machine/dishwasher. We can do the same if we try. Ensure that you do your own yard work and gardening.

7.0 Control your Snacking

Note that this does not mean cutting out snacking completely because that is unrealistic. The people that attempt to do it are bound to fail. There are some great snacks out there that you can consume without putting on too many calories. Examples include dill pickles, carrots and oranges.

8.0 Set Some Waist Inch Targets

We all know that motivation is best encouraged by seeing whether you are coming from and where you are going. Therefore you need to get out that tape measure and regularly measure your waist. This will tell you whether you are piling on the pounds or getting slimmer.

9.0 Do some Swimming

Throw in some swimming and running for a wonderful experience. This has proven to be one of the most effective ways to lose weight. It also works for those that are already suffering from arthritis and poor mobility due to obesity. The water supports you all the way.

10. Do Interval Training

Try to vary the speed and duration of each segment in your routine. Research has shown that the calories tend to go quicker if you do it this way.

Oxycodone Usage and Information

Perhaps one of the craziest pricing strategies is that of roxy. Users must be wondering: how much do roxy 30 mg sell for? Time and time again there are unexplainable variances in price depending on where and how you purchase it. Some have argued that these rapid and unwieldy changes in pricing are indicative of an illegal drug trade particularly in the USA.  For example people in Ohio and Florida may get a prescription for no other reason than to resell it at a significant profit to unsuspecting clients in other states.

Abusing the Prescription for a Painkiller

Typically the doctor will prescribe about 240 tablets of roxy 30 mg. This is an essential drug so those that are in pain will do almost anything to get their hands on it even if it means paying above market price. An individual is likely to need about 8 tablets a day depending on their level of pain. On average each pill should cost about $1 so you are looking at a total budget of $240, which should cover you for a month. Now the really clever patients (or non-patients for that matter) will do a mark-up of the costs of travelling from one state to another in order to beat the prescription rules. This is what is known as “sponsoring” and the practice has been compared to becoming a drug mule. Ultimately they may decide that it costs them $500 to move from Florida to Ohio including living expenses. They then add a profit mark-up of about 50%. The total money that they need to make is therefore a combination of the original $240; the travel costs of $500; and the profit mark-up of $120. So that batch needs to be sold for a total of $860. That works out at a price of about $3.59. As you can see the final price that the end user pays is 3.59 times (a 359% inflation) of the original real price.

How much do roxy 30 mg sell for?

The example above is just one of the strands of the price variations that consumers have to deal with. Depending on your need and how heartless your supplier is, the margins could go considerably higher than the illustration. Many patients come to a conclusion that they can make a substantial profit from their own prescriptions particularly if the buyer on the other end gets hooked to the extent that they take on different and more intense versions of roxy at increasing prices. We have not yet even tackled the possibility that the drugs could be exported to Mexico, Peru and Africa where the mark-up could be much higher; going into the ridiculous realms of 1000% profit. India and Pakistan can provide cheap alternatives at about $13 a pill but more often than not, these products are fake and harmful. Those who are lucky enough to live in Canada or Western Europe could get the drug for free. Some manufacturers like Covidien/Mallinckrodt have tried to stem the tide with some rebate coupons under a patient assistance program but that does not cover everybody.  So next time someone asks: how much do roxy 30 mg sell for? Answer them with a rhetorical question as follows: How long is a piece of string?

Texas Terminal Added in Old Dominion LTL Trucking Expansion

Old Dominion has added a Texas terminal signaling its expansion in the LTL trucking industry. This is the Freight Line Company’s 21^st service center within the state of Texas. Old Dominion is a formidable name in the industry, not least because it is the 4^th largest less-than-truckload carrier in the entire USA. The new service center has nine doors and is based in Lufkin. For those that do not know much about Lufkin, it is a city that is located in the northern part of Houston, just close to the border with the state of Louisiana.

New Trucking and New Job Opportunities

The new facility will assist ODFL in the process of streamlining its trucking operations. For example businesses can expect a combination of early and late pickups within the locality. Darrel Benefield is the Lufkin Service Center Manager. He released a statement confirming the new arrangements and the potential benefits that it brings to the industry as a whole. It is anticipated that the terminal will cover the Texas areas of Livingston, Crockett, Lufkin, Jasper and Nacogdoches.

Stepping Up Services and Efficiency

ODFL has had a long term expansion plan and this is just the latest development in that progression. There is a new terminal in East Texas for example. The company which was originally based in Thomasville (North Carolina) has gradually expanded its trucking reach. Consequently its freight density is growing with more than a dozen terminals spread across the USA from coast to coast. All this expansion has taken place in the last half decade.

Adding Doors beyond the Headquarters

One of the key components of the expansion is the addition of doors and the reconfiguration of the ODFL headquarters so that they are able to handle the diverse trucking that are within the company’s remit at the moment. Existing terminals have been developed and upgraded considerably during that time. Perhaps the biggest expansion was the one that they did in Memphis. This remains one of the company’s busiest hubs and ODFL responded by opening a 267-door terminal way back in October 2014. This effectively replaced the old defunct service center.

A Word from the CEO

David S. Congdon is the CEO and Vice Chairman of ODFL. Last November he confirmed that the company was looking to buy and expand their trucking facilities during a growth horizon phase of between 5 and 10 years. He also pointed out the fact that over the past 15 years ODFL had spent about $1.5 billion on expanding its real estate. At the time ODFL boasted no fewer than 224 terminals. Not only has the expansion boosted operations, it has also significantly improved the company profitability.

High Market Share and Trucking Dominance

Currently ODFL plays a significant role in the combined revenue of the top LTL carriers. By 2015 it had achieved a market share of 9% within that elite trucking cohort. That was up from its share of 8.4% in 2014 according to SJ Consulting Group data. The company revenue increased by 6.6% in 2015, thanks to the fact that ODFL was expanding its freight volumes even as other industry players were shrinking. Its LTL shipments had increased by 6.4% and 6.1% in January and February respectively.

Foul-Mouthed Kids Sort it out in a Rough Melee

What is America coming to? Two kids started a big melee, rolling on the ground. The link is here: https://youtu.be/Zs-1ekqVMrM . The white kid was being done in by his chunkier Chinese-looking opponent. The big kid stomped on him and did a semi-death lock with the conquered boy facing down, head pull up and a choke to the neck. The bigger lad was sitting on top of the smaller boy. That must have hurt a bit.  Not to be outdone, the smaller due started talking back…and boy does he have a potty mouth? I am not sure what was funnier; the death lock or the chat back.

Rough as rough does

The smaller boy started punking out his stronger opponent, telling him that he was trying to “teabag” him? Meanwhile two other unseen kids were giving running commentaries saying that the bigger had had just “impregnated” his quarry. The harsh commentary must have hurt because suddenly the big boy got off his opponent and moved to the opposite side of the road. Meanwhile the white kid continued with his tirade suggesting that his opponent was smelling “shitty” and wanted to make love to him.

An Angelic She-Devil

Then came the real surprise: we finally saw who had been giving the real badass commentary. It was none other than a sweet looking little girl. Who could have thought such an angel would talk so dirty. To make matters worse the girl came out and punched the mouthy white kid. These kids really have some anger issues. In fact looking back it might have been that little girl that started the whole thing. She seems to be enjoying the edging on and in the final moments when the fat kid gave up; she decided enough was enough. It was time for her to step in and land the final blow. This video is hilarious and kinda sad too.

Teen World War: Two Kids Fight over a Bong

Don’t ever steal another man’s bong. This video her https://youtu.be/5TRV50S8nIM is a hilarious view of two teen boys fighting over a bong. Apparently the one with dark hair (let us call him the bonger) stands accused of nicking a bong from the blond one (let us call him the bongee). It all happens in the lush neighborhoods of suburbia in front of a garage (probably belonging to mummy or daddy or both). The bongee starts by throwing punches, flaying wildly as the startled bonger runs away. He asks him why the fight and the other responds that he had heard from a friend of a friend that he stole his bong. The bong thief denies it and then begins to fight back. At first it seems that the bong owner is winning but once the alleged thief is able to get his act together, the match swings the other way.

An Intermission for Verbal Exchanges

Amazingly the two kids then stop fighting suddenly and start arguing, almost as if they are in a court and trying to work out who did what. The accuser restates his case and the suspected bong bandit continues with his denial. Tempers flare again and they are back at it. Somehow the alleged thief manages to lose his shirt and is on top of the bongee. The bongee fights back by pinching his nipples. “Pussy” and “Faggot” insults are liberally exchanged between these two American sweethearts. In fury the blond chap heaves the other teen off and begins to punch him. All the time he is interrogating him and asking him to confess what he did. Finally the bonger hints that he might have done it but there is nothing that this “softie” is going to do about it. They fight for a bit more.

The Bilateral Secession of Hostilities

As quickly as the fight started, it stops. The alleged thief goes his way and the blond is left standing in front of the posh house. What was the point I ask? It might have been better if the two guys just shared a bong and got high instead of fighting like silly punks in the street. However as someone pointed out, this time nobody bothered to call the police. Probably they thought that there was nothing serious about two tweens fighting over a bong. I am not even sure that they did not take something before fighting….Crazy teens!!!

A Review of the Top Surveillance Cameras in 2016

There is a lot on offer this year so it is not easy to identify the best surveillance camera for 2016. However we are going to give it our best shot by going through some of the top candidates as well as explaining their relative merits/demerits. Security is an important consideration for many people today and surveillance is one of the many wonderful tools that help them to achieve security. However the diversity of products on the market as well as their technical specifications make it challenging to do a proper selection. Here is a list of those that we consider to be great finds this year.

1.      Vimtag (Fujikam) 361 HD

This is an indoor-only camera with top grade specifications and the credentials to back it up. The camera boasts of a fair price and easy functionality. One of its biggest merits is the real plug and play system which means that you do not have to be Einstein in order to set it up. It is particularly good as a nanny or doggy cam but can be used in many different ways. It makes it to the top of the best surveillance cameras by virtue of its incredible image quality and functional internal SD card.  The product also has a two-way audio facility. For those that are on the smartphone network, there is an app for both the android and IOS systems. The asking price of $99.99 seems quite reasonable to us.

2.      Foscam FI9803P

This is a premium wireless outdoor camera which has been widely acknowledged as having the easiest processes for setting it up. The user is given a QR code to scan using the smartphone and the rest will be sorted out. The product makes it to the list of the best surveillance cameras because it gives the user lots of options. For example you can select the way in which you want the video footage to be stored. It has a hard drive which supplements the camera itself as a storage system. Moreover there is also a cloud service for larger files. The fact that it is weatherproof makes this one of the best all round choices for any amateur or expert user. The list price of $79.99 is very cheap when compared to the functionality that you get out of this camera.

3.      Zmodo PKD-DK4216

You are never going to find a better product in the 4 channel package series. This is a camera that works wonders for both property owners and businesses that wish to protect their premises. It benefits from a dual functionality which means that you can use it both indoors and outdoors. It is considered to be one of the best surveillance cameras of this year because of its advanced storage system which allows for a narrative of the events that happened in a specified period of time. The 500GB drive and a list price of $149.99 also help to catapult it into the top category. That just about wraps up our selection of the best bargains and performers out there for 2016.
